The start of the premium boba era was marked by Boba Guys! I was honestly a bit shocked the first time I tried Boba Guys. It made me realize that all the bobas I’d had until then were just loaded with sugar, not real tea flavor. That week, I ended up having Boba Guys every single day for seven days straight! Now, so much time has passed, and countless boba shops have come and gone, over and over again. But we’ll never forget the feeling of discovering Boba Guys for the first time back then.I truly hope Boba Guys can reclaim the vibe they had in those early days!

The service is fast, the taste of the tapioca pearls is quite good,-The black cesame tea is underrated and almost nobody usually asks for it which is a pity because it has a unique flavor, although it has a touch of ginger a little too strong which is not for everyone.-The horchata is very good with the tapioca pearls but it doesn't have as much cinnamon as I would like.-The tea thai from this place is probably one of the best I've ever tasted and I don't understand why more people don't talk about it (I don't know if it's powder base but it felt very natural to me).-The strawberry and matcha tea is a bit sweeter but probably adapted to the tastes of San Francisco people since besides the sweet pearls and milk it has a bit more strawberry jam with sugar but it is a very delicious and unique proposal and a must try.I would love to see the black sesame with a colorful twist, because I don't think it gets the love it deserves, a great experience overall :)

They must have the worst cups. The lid simply doesn't stay on and we have had incidents of lid popping out. It also seems like the stuff don't read special instructions like no ice, less sweet and extra topping. We have bought + drinks from here and half of the drinks were made wrong. Last time we were here the bobas were undercooked and inedible, very disappointing.

This boba place didn't taste that good compared to other places like Gong Cha, Koi, etc. I tried their Classic Milk Tea with Tapioca Pearls and their Muscat Oolong Tea with Pudding, it didn't taste as good as it seems. There is a long queue and it was not worth the wait after drinking their bubble tea. Nothing special with the milk tea and their Tapioca pearls were too hard like it was not cooked all the way. Staff were nice and kind at the very least. They did have stainless steel boba straws that you can buy if you are a big bubble tea drinker. Go green!
